About
Our story
BGS Global Institute of Physiotherapy (BGS GIPT) teaches physiotherapy, rehabilitation and movement science. It operates under the BGS & SJB Group of Institutions and is managed by the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (Registered), a philanthropic educational trust with more than five decades of history.
The institute is located inside BGS Health & Education City in Kengeri, sharing a campus with a medical college, a 450-bed super speciality hospital, and schools of pharmacy, nursing and allied health. For physiotherapy students that means multi-disciplinary clinical exposure from the first year.
BGS GIPT is built on the belief that good physiotherapy needs three things: scientific knowledge, clinical skill, and compassion. Restoring movement, relieving pain and rebuilding a patient's confidence all depend on the combination.
